Provide administrative, logistical, and coordinating support by:

Assisting partners to connect, learn, and work together while fostering quality continuous improvement.
Facilitating the setting of shared goals for helping Chester children thrive.
Overseeing data collection and program assessment, the analysis of findings, and the reporting of program results.
Documenting the cumulative effect the Network partners’ activities have on the lives of the children.
