What is Chester ExChange?

As an all-volunteer organization, Chester ExChange seeks to provide the children and youth in Chester, PA with opportunities to succeed in school, at work, and in life

by creating and managing a working coalition of partners to facilitate community-wide impact

Together, we emphasize providing learning and enrichment programs and activities to students in grades K-12 during out-of-school-time hours.
