▪ Generally, serve on a short-term, project related basis for a targeted request▪ Come from a variety of backgrounds such as:
o Experience or involvement with out-of-school-time programs o Teaching – especially literacy, math, or STEM o Grant writing/fund raising o Capacity-building o Program assessment o Research

Experts to help Chester ExChange:
▪ Needed on an ongoing basis to lend their knowledge and skills in support of Chester ExChange itself▪ Help support the mission in areas such as financial management, donormanagement, communications, and administrative support
